Had a fantastic time on our romantic escape. the hotel's location was perfect - close to the beach and city center with easy access to public transportation. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. We were impressed with the variety of amenities, including a pool and a spa, which really helped us relax. the staff were also incredibly friendly, providing us with plenty of helpful information and recommendations.
Although the hotel itself was great, there were a few minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. the food was good, but there could have been more variety in the menu.

We arrived afternoon to the hotel check-in.Lady (she didnt speak english) who worked there informed us that was a problem with "booking system" and thay have overbooking and they dont have room for us. She offered another hotel next to Felsinea, with two **,without airconditioning and for a higer price!!! We resigned and came back home because it was high season and we couldn't find a hotel at a good price.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to all the main attractions and public transportation. , the breakfast offered was decent with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.
The room was not up to the expected standard, with old and worn out furniture, lack of basic amenities such as a fridge or TV. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was poor and not up to the standards expected, the rooms were very small.
